Breakfast is Served

 

Pressed Juices has released three new breakfast muesli combinations. I’m not a huge breakfast person, but it’s Pressed Juices, so I think I can get on board.

 

Pressed Breakfast 1:

A low sugar, high protein breakfast option. Paleo and fructose friendly. Nutrient dense.

Dairy free / Gluten free / Raw vegan / Fructose friendly / High in plant based protein / Healthy fats / High in minerals

Ingredients: Buckinis, sunflower kernels, pepitas, hazelnuts, coconut flakes, raw cacao nibs, white mulberries, freeze dried strawberries, raw cacao.

 

Pressed Breakfast 2

A delicious caramel muesli, light for those who find nuts a bit heavy.

Raw / Vegan / Dairy free / Wheat free / Contains gluten (oats and spelt) / High fibre / High in essential fatty acids

Ingredients: Rolled spelt, rolled oats, dried pear, puffed quinoa, raw caramel chocolate, golden linseeds.

 

Pressed Breakfast 3

A light mix of quinoa flakes and nutritious fruit and seeds. This mix is high in calcium and makes a great bircher muesli too

Raw/ Vegan / Gluten free / Dairy free / High in essential fatty acids

Ingredients: Quinoa flakes, raw cashews, dried figs, dried blueberries, shredded coconut, black sesame seeds, cinnamon.

 

These three Pressed Breakfasts are a great way to start the day. They’re filling, but not overwhelming on the senses and I love how health friendly they are. My favourite is the Pressed Breakfast 2. What can I say? I love caramel. It’s perfect for a light breakfast to make you energised instead of bloated at 9am.
